Hello my lovelies,
It's been about four years since I started this blogger website and I'd like to fill you in before I make some changes. I'll be leaving Blogger and you will no longer be able to follow me via Blogger friend connect (or over there -----> under the follower section). This means you may not automatically be notified when a new post is up.
You can of course still add my site under your feed reader to follow what happens on beautynewbie.com
or use this custom feed address:
You can choose what reader you'd like to use (you can usually use your gmail email account if you have one).
If you're wondering why I'm making this change, part of it's practical and part of it is more business related. First, with Blogger I had and have real love for such a platform. In the beginning it was a great way for me to start blogging, however this point, I've realized it has it's limitations and does not allow the ability to easily grow and change with me. Which leads me to the business aspect. You may know that I am a makeup artist by profession now and I really want to make my dreams a reality and expand my business. I want to make it easier for people to access educational materials and be able to provide a better service through beautynewbie.com and myself individually as a freelancer.
It's not easy to do this, since I have only ever used Blogger and I have the potential to lose many of my supporters as a by-product of the move, but I hope by posting this, you guys will continue to follow Beautynewbie.com and also be excited about new changes to be made on the site.
If you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment :)
Lots and LOTS of love,
Holly | Beautynewbie
I encourage you to follow me on Facebook, to keep up to date with the launch of the new site. I will not be posting anything new until the site has made the switch (however all the current content will still be accessible), so Facebook will be the new hub to stay up to date with me for the time being.
Hopefully everything will be set up and ready by the middle-end of March.
Thank you for your patience guys! I promise it will be worth it!!!!
